Each class is one hour long and incorporates bodyweight drills (push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, and burpees) with the basic punches and kicks of boxing. We offer classes for beginner and advanced levels so that you can work out at your own pace.
Our instructors work closely with you to push you to your full potential and ensure you’re using proper technique. We understand everyone’s fitness level is different, and our goal is to de-stress and stay safe while working out. That’s why we take your limitations into account to avoid injury while enhancing your strength.

Free Trial Class Information
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled class time, and come prepared wearing the appropriate workout attire, including shoes -- you will not be able to participate without the proper footwear. Additionally, you’ll need boxing/MMA gloves, which we can provide if you don’t have your own. Water or sports drinks are available for purchase at the gym if you don’t bring your own. The free trial class is available for first-time guests only.
